Indian River Co, Florida Severe Thunderstorm Structure

I filmed a large severe thunderstorm warned cell from a distance, that was along the Indian River and Okeechobee county line about 4:45pm ET, on June 1, 2009.

The sea breeze boundary raced inland helping to set off the semi short-lived pulse severe thunderstorm. The storm at times on radar showed some very weak low-level rotation, but was extremely short-lived. However, the storm likely produced some small hail over the remote locations just east of Fort Drum, FL. Once the sharp boundary raced further inland, the storm lost all it’s forcing and weakened.

I especially liked the bird against the clouds near the end!
